Terms & Conditions of Offer
Offer valid at Forklifts Australia Perth & Brisbane locations, for delivery within WA & QLD. Offer is available on lithium, electric, gas & diesel forklifts only, subject to machine availability (excluding cross-hired items). Minimum hire period of 90 days applies to qualify for a week hire credit. Refer a new trading account (NTA) to Forklifts Australia to receive an additional week hire credit when they book a minimum 90-day hire on offer applicable equipment listed above.
Offer is valid on hires booked between 1 August 2024 and 31 October 2024. Hire contract must commence by the 31 October 2024 for the offer to be valid. Offer number FAFH24 must be quoted, or promotion referenced at time of booking. Offer is restricted to the first 50 customers.
Offer applies to the weekly base rate only and a credit of the original hired equipment base rate will be applied to your account for use on your next hire, regardless of the duration or equipment type of the subsequent hire contract. Optional extras, add-ons and accessories are not included. Rental levies, environmental levies and delivery charges are not included. Additional fees and charges such as fuel, damage, collection or recovery costs are not included.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or promotion. Limit of one offer redemption per hire contract. Offer is non-transferable and non-refundable and is subject to the terms and conditions of Forklifts Australia at the time of hire. The offer can be adjusted or extended at the discretion of Forklifts Australia. Any disputes must be in writing. Offer cannot be applied retrospectively to existing contracts.
